Teaching:
Cyrus von Hochstetter teaches piano, composition, theory and counterpoint to students of all ages and levels. He directed the Two Bridges Music program where he also developed an innovative composition curriculum teaching children how to write music from scratch. His student’s pieces were performed by various youth orchestras, and featured in a concert at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. He has successfully prepared students for various examinations (ABRSM, RCM), competitions and for entry auditions to music schools. He currently maintains a private teaching studio in Manhattan.
